Hello to all, i'm having this problem of installing module on a dnn cms. but as i know i need to login as host account to install but the owner of the site doesn't know the host account of it. 

with this in mind, how can i retrieve the host account? can i create new one? please help me. 

or if there's any other way to install module without logging in as host. please tell me how. thanks
