I've got two sites on the same host and I'm having a bit of a problem with the RADEditor.

My main site seems to have the editor working fine. When I got in to HTML  Editor Manager and go to "Document Manager" it shows [Portal Root] as the Path and that comes up fine, however my secondary site, under the HTML Editor Manager I only see a few folders in the drop down for "Path". What do I need to do to make sure that I can set that as the [Portal Root] for that site?

Thanks!

(EDIT: Oops I should mention I'm using DNN 06.02.03)

go to File Manager in Admin menu and perform a full recursive sync in top right corner.
if this doesn't help, one of your folder of file names might contain an unsupported character like '.

Hello, thank you for your response. I tried this on the site that was having problems and, unfortunately, it didn't change anything for the HTML Editor Manager. Under the Document Manager Setting I still don't see [Site Root] as an option. Is there anything else I can do?
