All of the required information is in the thread above. 6.2.4 is guaranteed to work, but there's no point only going to 6.2.4 when 6.2.7 is 99% the same, but with additional fixes. The effort to upgrade is the same for all versions of 6.2.

Standard words for upgrades. ALWAYS backup first before upgrading a live site. The only undo for an upgrade is to restore from a backup.

To be even safer take a copy to a test environment and try upgrading that before you go near the live site.

Changing the browser mode doesn't resolve this. I tested all of these things and yep, they're all in the thread.

I just double-checked this again in case something has changed since back then... I can confirm compatibility mode works, so Stefan's solution should work just fine.
