I installed the new 4.3 version, new database, not upgrade.
When I try to login - no luck.
host/host and admin/admin does not work.
Any idea?

This is not upgrade. brand new files extracted from zip (install), and new db.

Version 4.3.0 started a longer password standard, the new default login info is as follows:

Username: admin
Password: dnnadmin

Username: host
Password: dnnhost

Good luck,

thanks!
That explains. Also the look has changed?
I don't see the links, the demo text, and those books any more.
Only the top and bottom blue lines, the logo, date, home, register, login.. but no content.
is this a bug in installation, or it should be this way?

Thanks,

Ron

I've seen it before

It's the installer that doesn't not finish and also doesn't error properly probably has something to do with how ASP.NET 2.0 handles killing threads that changed versus ASP.NET 1.1

if you'd had access to the application log, you would see a thread abort exception on your app domain

If the install process took longer then 3 minutes this is probably the cause

Anyhow if this install took that long, you have a slow DB and you'd better find a hoster with faster Database because your DNN will never fly like a rocket
