Hello,  has anyone set up email from a DotNetNuke template to MS Exchange before?

We've been set up this way for a couple years and now I am switching to a non- DotNetNuke template and am having difficulty transfering/releasing the email correctly. I can send out from my new site but I cannot get my mail.  The company who created our website is unresponsive - out of business...

We use Microsoft Exchange for emai through MyHosting.com,  so the incoming emails went to our template/domain and then the emails were directed to Myhosting.com to connect to our Business Exchange.

We are being told to check with you to determine  exactly how the MX record destination was set up in the DotNetNuke environment... Does anyone know about this? I cannot log in to try and find out directly..

Myhosting.com(MS EXCHANGE) says they need a .com address to point to, yet our hosting company says they use only IP addresses (?)

Can you please assist me in learn exactly how the MX record destination is set up for MS Exchange Apparantly his will allow us to shift the email.

Thank you for your help or advice.  And YES I am no programmer or web manager-business owner trying to get it sorted -- so thanks in advance for the kid gloves!

Leslie
