Hello,

I have upgraded to version 6.2 and am unable to create a secure folder. I had a similar problem with versions 6.1.3 and 6.1.5. I get the following error when I try to create a secure folder.

 

Folders: Add Folder Add Folder Delete Folder Delete Folder Synchronize Files Synchronize Files
Files: Refresh Refresh Copy Files Copy Files Move Files Move Files Upload Upload Delete Files Delete Files Filter

Portal Root
Cache
Containers
DNNEvents
Documents
Grants
FCOI
Forms
HumanResources
InformationSystems
Other
Purchasing
Images
Repository
Sitemap
Skins
Templates
Users
An error has occurred.
The underlying system threw an exception. The folder has not been added.

 Used: 33.00MB of [unlimited]   Items Per Page:    

 

These permissions apply to DotNetNuke. Anonymous users may be able to bypass DotNetNuke and read these files. Other folder providers such as Secure, and Database can prevent all anonymous access to files.

Any help will be appreciated.

please make sure, the windows user specified in Application pool settings for your website has full permission for the DNN install folder and all files and subfolders inside.
