Does this mean you can only reach the root page on a desktop computer?

with the coding staff menu, the hover feature works like normal on desktops.

I believe I have a related problem. I have two 'disabled'  parents. Both have children and work as expected on the desktop (Chrome, IE, Safari) and an iPhone. Only one however work as expected on the iPad - Menu item touch shows children; then touch child to go to page. The one that does not work in landscape DOES work in portrait. In landscape mode touch reveals child menu items, but when touched they simply disappear. In portrait on the same iPad touching child works fine.

I've compared what I believe to be all aspects of parent and children and so far have been unable to find ANY differences. I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone has a clue to what (like obvious) thing I am missing.

Thanks!
