Just wondering if any of the gurus out there could visit my site and give me some ideas on how to speed up the loading.

Thanks

How is it too slow? What are you trying to achieve?

Site speed seems fine, excepting the initial load speed. See DNNMonitor.com for assistance with that, perhaps.

Nice-looking site. Custom skin or purchased?

Slow load time probably because it is not kept alive. Search for dnn keepalive(.aspx) and you will find a few options.
In addition to that, you could ask the host to enable compression and browser caching. You should also optimise image sizes.

Thanks for the answers guys. The skin is a free skin that I pretty much completely changed. Just used it as a starting point. I will check into the keep alive and compression..

Thanks

Glenn
