Hi,

We have purchased the professional version of DNN 6.2; however we cannot access the support site for it.

I keep getting ACCESS DENIED error, we need to report a bug with the Professional Edition 6.2 and we are unable to do so due to the issue with the access to the support site network.

If anyone from DNN Staff read this please contact me ASAP.

Regards,
Raul Morales

We have contacted support but this was the asnwer:

Thank you for contacting DotNetNuke® Corporation licensed support.

Your message ("SPAM-LOW: Problem with Professional Edition support") was received by our automated support attendant at support@dotnetnuke.comThis email address does not accept new ticket submissions; it is used for communication on existing support tickets only.

If you are a licensed user of DotNetNuke Professional Edition, please login to the DotNetNuke Support Network at http://customers.dotnetnuke.com/ with the user name and password associated with your license.

If you are not a licensed user of DotNetNuke Professional Edition but would like to know more, product information is available at http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Products/Pr... or contact sales@dotnetnuke.com.

-----------------

So we are again to square one.. I cannot access the portal to create new tickets, and the support email is not accepting my enquire.. what we supose to do then? We are getting frustrated with the support, we supose to have support by paying the profesional license..

Could please some one help us to solve this issue?

Regards,
Raul Morales

Log in to the DNN website, click "support" at the top and submit a ticket. That's how I do it.
