I'm trying to upgrade my site to DNN 7 but I cannot get passed the initial 'Upgrade Now' button press on very first page of the Upgrade Wizard.  I put in my SA Username and Password but no matter how many times I click 'Upgrade Now' nothing happens.  I noticied it was using javascript, so I double checked to see if javascript was disabled.  Which it wasn't.  I also thought maybe it was my browser so I tried several (Chrome, Firefox, IE) and all of them do the same thing.  I'm not entirely sure what is going on actually.  There is no reason why I shouldn't be able to progress to the next screen.  It seems like the Upgrade Wizard process just isn't working for me properly.  Was there something I forgot to setup or maybe there is a quick fix for this?

I reverted everything back to previous version and everything works perfectly fine (Javascript and all).  So obviously it's something to do with the Upgrade Wizard process.

Please advise on how I can fix this or at least move past the initial screen.  Thanks for the help!
