All of a sudden my list of countries is now missing. I recently upgraded to DNN 6.2.5, as far as I know that is the only major change that has happened. Does anyone know how this might have happened or how to easily re-add them? The folder for them no longer shows up under HOSTS > LISTS. I did add a list folder recently, but I never would have deleted the country folder.

this sounds weird and I am sure, deleting the list is not part of the upgrade process. Please check Table lists in the database, whether list and items are still present.

PS: did you check in Admin > Lists or Host > Lists?
