I am using DNN 7 and DNN Store and I get the following error when I click on the Confirm Order Button. It will then go to PayPal and all works fine till it tries to return to my website it doesn't. I have to close the browser session and restart my web site in order to get it to work again.

There is no reason the Blog module will cause such kind of problem, because it do not use payment! If you encounter the same error with two different versions of DNN it's probably because something is wrong in your config. Which Store module version do you use? Do you use another third party module? Did you tried with DNN and the Store module ONLY? Do you have a full access to the server? Is it a shared hosting? IMHO this is not related to the Store module nor to DNN but to your environment, because you are not the only one with this problem read this and this.
