I am building a new site using DNN7.  The Parent Portal is up and running.  I now need to add child portals.  Everywhere I research it simply says to log in as host and under host to select portals.  However, there is no such choice under host on my machine.  Is it because DNN7 does it differently, or is my initial set-up missing something?

Hi, 'Portals' was renamed 'Site Management' under Host back in DNN 6, I believe it is still called that in DNN 7.

Yep, but I see nothing under Site Administration that lets me add portals!

Definitely in edit mode.  I have all kinds of options but not adding a portal.
