DNN 6.2.5 Feedback 6.3

I have added the Feedback module to a page and cannot find the module settings. I have used earlier versions of feedback on earlier websites and had no issues. With this version, I cannot find how to setup the module. I can see both module parts and the manage button for both. One has Edit moderation/management and edit category/subject lists. The other has not EDIT section, goes straight to admin. This is the one in earlier DNN versions that had a module settings button.

I would appreciate knowing what is happening and how to setup the module.
