Hey - I am not quite seeing the connection with the new membership / profile tools in 4.3.x (which are great!) and the user interface.  As an admin, I can change the profile properties and then set their values when editing a user record.  But it seems the only way for users to register/manage their profiles is through the User Account module which does not reflect the profile as setup by the administrator.  Is their an alternative way to have users register/manage their profiles than creating a page and placing the User Account module on it?  Any help is much appreciated!
