Well, here's a small 'error' that my business partner and I have been running into with a couple different sites we're currently hosting. At the bottom of the website there appears to be a white space, sometimes I'm able to scroll down just to see more white space.

We've gone through the coding and removed any minimum height coding, thinking that would remove the issue but we were proven wrong and the white space is still there. We're both quite lost on what may be causing this, and its appeared on two different sites.

If anyone may know of a reason why this is happening and could help us resolve this it would be greatly appreciated by the both of us.

Firebug is picking up the extra space as a table row:
div.sbmidddiv table tbody tr

Markup validation points out three instances of a 'tr' as "not finished": "Another possibility is that you used an element which requires a child element that you did not include. Hence the parent element is "not finished", not complete." [http://validator.w3.org]

I would suggest completing the table with an empty 'td' and then adjusting the css from there.
