Do you by any chance happen to have a custom URL manager of any sort installed on your site.


The avatar display system works by making a call to http://www.yoursite.com/profilepic.as...userid]&h=32&w=32

Some custom URL manager code has been known to break this.

Secondly - it may be worth having a look at the source html for your site and looking to see exactly what domain is being looked for.

I don't have any custom url manager and looking at html with firebug there is exactly what you wrote (with the right domain) for avatar display call!

Can you try directly putting the URL that is in the image link on you page into the browser.
And see what is returned - because it still feels like a URL issue of some sort.

You will need to change userId=1 to a valid userId number that has a profile image. userid=1 is usually the host which never has a profile id as a rule.
