I'm still seeing the dual logins.  It's as if the login control for the provider completely ignores the default domain settings.

Have you thought about using the Windows style login control?  I'd like to see the default domain name on the login control and be able to change it if I wanted to log in via different domain.

You might have to remove the logins (if you haven't already). I'll also take a look at this tonight but if you want to log the enhancement in codeplex I'll take a look at it.

Paul, I saw your comment in codeplex re the 5.0.5 provider and I can't recreate what you're seeing. My settings are getting repopulated now when I go into them. And I'm having no problem with logging in with just the username when the default domain is set.

Can you give me some background on your server version/DotNetNuke version etc.

I messed up Paul. Please download the 05.00.06 release candidate and keep me posted. In my testing I messed up and forgot to delete the field that was causing a problem if it was missing.
