How can we deploy our website on production  environment  also suggest way to add \modify changes after deployment ( changes of pages on production server  )

You can back-up and restore all your files to the production server or manually make the changes.

Changes afterwards can be done directly on the live site. If not, you can make the changes on the test site, approve them and then make the same changes to the live site.

If you are running the non-commercial version of DNN you can use the built-in workflow process to queue up changes so they are approved before going live.
