Hi,

I'm a long time .net developer, but, since last year, I have been developing a couple of websites with Adobe's CMS, Business Catalyst which is .net based. It is very business oriented and this CMS offer a great platform by providing out of the box, ecommerce with payment gateways, secure zones (https) for different member area which we can charge $, webapps, webforms that we can secure, a nice CRM with all clients activities, nice dashboard (visit, sales, secure zone login etc...) email campaign and autoresponders, and, a nice workflow system with escalation and sms.

This is cloud based and all of this is relatively easy to use. But, it lack customization. No access to the database, no server side programming langage; client-side only (JS, jquery etc..) and this is killing me. It does 80% of the job but simple things like, verifying if a user already exist in the database when they subscribe or accessing a client ID, etc... isn't implemented!

I know that obtaining all of this in a developing platform like DNN is a great deal with the need to implement many different system that need to talk together, but I think that it is possible.
I have been looking at many module (DNN devs are very prolific :-)), and wondering how I could implement a Adobe BC like solution that offer most of these requirements

CRM
Ecommerce with many payment gateway
Secure zone and member area(https)
Email campaign and autoresponder with optin/optout option
Workflow manager
Webforms
Event and booking system with recurring payment
Dashboard and analytics

Anyone ever tried to implement this kind of solution, or have recommendation on module that integrates well together or any suggestions is welcome?

Thank you

M. Adey
