If you have os / server level access - you might also consider using native windows dynamic folders attached to individual unc folder paths.   This gives you server level control over shared folder points.

I can remember the option of Evotiva when it first came up a few years ago and I think it has been changed, but what happened was,when we were trying to synch the folders is that firstly - Dropbox wanted to access 'all the files and folders' and this was not going to work because we had setup one business account, but I guess we could have setup multiple small accounts, and it wouldn't tell you until it timed out after trying to start the sychnronsation process.

It has improved dramatically and Evotiva products are excellent we are looking at implementing their solution in a couple of upcoming projects.
