Hello,

I use a skin that it puts in the first line of every source code of the pages:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

But, the same site with the default DNN 6 skin, in the first line of the HTML code, it has:

<!DOCTYPE html>

What i see inside the .ascx files, appears only inside the body of HTML.

I'm runing DNN 6.2.2

Thanks in advance

Regards

Next to your skin you can add a file skinname.doctype.xml

Where SkinName is the name of your skin.

The text in that xml file would be this

<SkinDocType>
    <![CDATA[<!DOCTYPE html>]]>
</SkinDocType>
