Hi. I am creating a module that uses the Ajax Accordian, I was able to to get the accordian to display correctly with the first tab open  but nothing happens when clicking on any of  the tabs.

Now I know that there are Accordians in use on DNN because I have seen them in the FAQ module and the admin screens. Can someone tell me how to get the Ajax Accordian kit working or tell me of an accordian that works with DNN.

I also need to be able to dynamically work with it from code behind i.e database driven.

I built a module with an Accordion yesterday. I used the jQueryUI accordion mainly because I already know some jQuery and DNN loads the jQuery library anyway.

It is database driven. I used a Repeater to generate the markup.

Best wishes,

Hi,

Here is the link where you can have a look at the JQuery Accordion. It is quite easy to use.

You do not need to connect it to a database but if you want to do so you can use Repeater which allowes you to have normal html stuff like divs (which are required for the accordion to work) in it.

 Kind regards,

Nils

Nils is right. jQuery has no interest in, or knowledge of databases.

Use an asp:Repeater to generate the markup that the accordion requires.
