hello!
I am trying to update from version 05.06.08 to 06.02.06 (and then to 07.00.02). When I unzip and copy the files of 05.06.08 in my server-directory, and I go to www.mysite.com, appears this message:
"500 - Interner Serverfehler.
Problem bei der gesuchten Ressource. Sie kann nicht angezeigt werden."
When I have a look in the folder App_data, theDatabase is not there.
What can happen? When I did the previous update from 04.09.05 to 05.06.08, all the update were succefully.
Thanks in advaced

If I were you I would upgrade directly to 7.0.3, no need to go to DNN6 in the interim.

You'll want to make sure that you update your application pool to use .NET 4.0 and make sure you are using SQL 2008 before you upgrade though.

As for the app_Data folder, are you using SQL express? Or a full version of SQL server? If a full version, the app_data folder won't house the actual database.
