Hi all,

i have a role which granted permission for non admin to add module in Page : so OK

This role grants user to add sub-page below a page : so OK

My question :

Is there a way in DotnetNuke to permit a role to add page at same as home page ?

Bests regards.
Fabrice

I don't think so, unfortunately, without admin rights there is nothing "above" the top level to assign the permission to.

I've run into this too... I think this would be a great addition to DNN... I'm not 100% sure how you'd do it, but, maybe a permission for "Create Child Pages" from a given page? We have it come up with our staff at our organization - we want staff to be able to add/edit content globally, but, we don't want them to be able to change site settings.

Thanks for your replies.

I'would be indeed a great addition to DotnetNukea and very handy !

We have several websites on dnn for our customers, who need to do this kind of management. And it's tend to be more and more. Perhaps a particular way in Europe B2B relation.

Bests Regards,
Fabrice
