Hi,

I have installed my DNN 6 environment and am very happy with it. There is one element I need to add - an additional menu or set of links to internal pages (in a left pane).  The main DDRmenu in DNN is fine and I want to keep that to cover the Home, Contact, About Us generic type pages.

However, I would like to have a second menu in a left pane to point to specific topic pages. Can I add a second DDRmenu in a left pane? Using the same skin? How do I do this?

Apologies for the newbie question, but I have searched for guidance on this but never found advice on how to implement this in DNN

No worries on the newbie questions... we all learn new stuff everyday regardless of how long we've been dealing with the platform. The answer to your question is "Yes" you can do this. Though, before looking into putting the 2nd level menu into your skin I wanted to ask you if you've checked out the "Console" module? It's pretty straight forward. Try adding to one of your pages and click around in the settings. What it will allow you to do is to select a parent page and display it's children and I'm thinking this may achieve what you're looking for.  Let me know if this works and if not we can discuss more about the 2nd instance of your menu on the page.
