Is it DNN 7.0.3? or DD 7.1? they launched 7.0 as major and releases 7.03 as patch so..what is the latest stable version?

7.0.3 is showing as the latest download version, so I assume that's it:

Sorry... no, Mark is right. 7.0.3 works like at charm in my installations so far. Anyway, there are still some unresolved bugs documented for a long time.

What you're looking at is a future roadmap for DNN under testing (as yet unreleased). Look at http://dotnetnuke.codeplex.com/releas... for what has been released. DNN 7.0.3 is the latest stable release.
