Hi

I was wondering if there is support for DNN7 to implement Entity Framework 5? If it can be done, could someone point me in the right direction? I understant that there seems to be a difficult time getting EF to work with DNN because of connection string issues. Can this be over come easily? I have seen the adapter provided by Brandon Haynes but I am not sure if it is viable for EF 5. For example

1: public partial class BlogContext : DbContext
 2: {
 3: public DbSet<BlogPost> BlogPosts { get; set; }
 4: public DbSet<Category> Categories { get; set; }
 5: }

BlogContext is the Database name. Would I change this to reflect the DB for my DNN instance?

Thanks for the help

Mark

I set up a wrote a custom module with EF and DNN 6 - it wasn't very hard - what problems have you faced? (for my new Mobile app (www.ftter.com) I am switching out Peta Poco for Entity Framework 5 so that I can use Breeze js in PhoneGap. I really liked Petas Poco as it is simple and works, but Breeze looks awesome...
