I think the problem with this resources not being translated come from the fact that the current Terms and Privacy texts are very specific to US law / procedures. To correctly translate these items to any given language you should have some sort of knowledge of your local law and provide and acurate translation (which could be significantly different from the original).

I'll like all of the creators of language packs could participate in these forums and provide their approaches in this and similar issues. We will try to contact them so we could have better background in this aspect..
