I'm finding more point towards DNN using this Lucene.Net assembly how do I resolve this missing assembly?

After further digging I found what appears to be the culprit in the error:
Message: Unable to find assembly 'Lucene.Net, Version=3.0.3.0,

I did look to see if DNN is using this Lucene.Net and found they have since about the release of v7.

There are 3 dll's that go with it from what I can tell and I have all 3 of them all version 3.0.3.0 dated Feb1,2015.

Tried the backup version, it did not resolve the error.

Still looking for the fix.

The first message indicates Lucene to be present.
Did you unblock the downloaded upgrade package (in file properties at the bottom of first tab), prior to unzipping the files contained?
