Hai,

I got this error below while i'am try to change the database..

Aremat,

could you please be a bit more detailled in what you mean by "change the database"? Did you move the DB to another server, or what exactly are you going to do? And what were your steps so far?

Hai Micheal,

Thanks for reply..i got 2 database actually,..for example database dnn1 and database dnn2, which database dnn1 is point for my live site and dnn2 is for development site. I'am plan to get the actual data so I change the connectionString from dnn2 to dnn1 in web.config, then I run/debug my development site..after that I'm log in the live site and I saw an error as above.  Is not just site setting error it effect file manager and portal setting also

Aremat,

if there is a different MachineKey in the web.config files of the two installations, this can't work as the password encryption uses the MachineKey.
