I messed up in testing workItem 8512 and forgot to delete the AD_Subnet field from the PortalSettings table once I worked out a way to make sure it was updated so when I made a small change before the release it didn't run into the problem of the settings not appearing to be saved (they were but wouldn't get loaded when the configuration was loaded).

Anyways, I've uploaded a 5.0.6 RC to codeplex (http://dnnauthad.codeplex.com/releases/view/103609) so if you want to test it out please do. If I don't hear anything by the end of next weekend I'll switch it to a full release. The RC should be safe to run in a production environment as the only code change was one line but, as a precaution and as a standard practice whenever updating/adding a module/provider, make sure you have a backup of your database and website before updating the provider.

Mike,

I'm going to install and test this this week and let you know if I run in to any issues.

Mike,

Seems good to me since nothing has blown up. I tested in v7.0.3 CE and PE.

I've uploaded a new RC of the 5.0.6 release to also handle a problem that's probably been around forever but never really caught in where users that have never logged into a child portal actually get logged into the parent portal rather than the child (or if the parent doesn't have the provider setup the user can't log in).
