Under the Termination/Access restriction section of the Terms Of Use it makes references to King County, Washington, U.S.A. I need to change that to reference another city and state, is there someway to do this, or is this hard coded and unchangeable?

Here is the exact wording in the Terms of use:
"To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in King County, Washington, U.S.A. "

You can edit the terms of use using the Language editor, by modifying the value of MESSAGE_PORTAL_TERMS.Text under the GlobalResources.resx
