I've recently installed a new skin.  

In admin/site settings/basic settings/appearance I select the new skins and press 'update'.

However the site never changes from the old skin.  After doing a search I was told to go into the host/settings and clear the cache and restart the application.

When ever I try to navigate to the host section I get this error.

 

Server Error in '/' Application.

The resource cannot be found.

Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.  Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly. 

Requested URL: /Host/HostSettings/tabid/16/portalid/0/Default.aspx

 

Any advice?

I've managed to resolve the issue.  As I was told by hosting support it was an incompatibility after a .netframework update by microsoft.
