I upgraded a DEV site to DNN 7 and I am having a strange issue.
On one of my pages, there is a link that opens a new browser window to another website.

When this link is clicked, it opens the new site in a new window, but the Admin bar on the original window seems to go haywire.  Instead of being a small black bar at the top, it then grows to take up about 1/3 of the screen because the submenus are not hidden.  It looks like an unordered/expanded list so it takes up much more space.

I'm not sure if it is losing some css/jquery stuff.

The link I have is using javascript's windows.open() function.

Any ideas??
