I was running release 6 using web matrix and I am in the process of upgrading to release 7.  I upgraded the web matrix system and it worked great.  I then did a publish to my host site.  All the files copied great.  The database publish failed with the following:

11:21:38 AM: An error occurred during execution of the database script. The error occurred between the following lines of the script: "631" and "634". The verbose log might have more information about the error. The command started with the following:
11:21:38 AM: "IF  EXISTS (SELECT * FROM sys.objects WHERE object"
11:21:38 AM:  Could not drop object 'dbo.Portals' because it is referenced by a FOREIGN KEY constraint. http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=178587

I resolved the problem by manually deleting all of the tables on the host.  It is time consuming with all of the foreign keys but it worked.
