I have a few DNN sites running fine for a few years now, but if I install a new site from a new install I have some problems.  when I try to add a module to the page I click on Add new Module and I see the Black Bar below show up like its about to load the modules then a popup window (like the login window) pops up and just sits there and spins from 1 to 10 secs and I'm right back on the page no module menu, nothing and if I try it again something happens just faster. Then has been going on since 7.00.03. 

But all my sites that I had and I have been up grading are all working fine

(all sites are on the same server)

 Yes I am.

Its just strange that older sites that have been upgrade from DNN6 work just fine.  But if I do a new install of DNN 7 I have this problem.
