Hello Forum,

I have been using Dotnetnuke 6.2.4 to create a basic content management site. I create the pages from the Administration in my local code of DNN and put some content in the pages. What I do is, I take the backup of the database after creating pages and restore it to the staging server that is having the same replica of my local code that I used to create the pages and put content. But when I check the portal on the staging server I always find that some content is missing and not complete on the same page. I am new to DNN Can you please help me out of this problem , It supposed to get all the content from the database but even after getting the updated database the content is not complete on the page. Cannot I just replace the database on the daily basis to get the page content completely that I create on my local code?

Any kind of information in regards to this will be appreciable.

Thanks

That's a lot of work to do on a daily basis.

Personally I'd try to find another solution to avoid the whole thing. Maybe make your changes in staging since it's static content and then move them live.
