I have:
1.  Several portals using DNN 4.x
2.  Several portals using DNN 6.x
3.  DNN Enterprise 6.x installation (currently clean with no portals).

Is it possible to move the portals to the installation?

yes, you can export a portal to a template - you have to manually move files, and there are some limitiations but the wiki covers these http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/W...

Be aware of any 3rd party module that you are using. They may or may not support template exporting.

Also remember to have the 3rd party modules on the dnn install you are exporting to.
