I cannot seem to upload large files on my site due to timeout errors. Here is what I have in my web.config:

<!-- allow large file uploads -->
    <httpRuntime useFullyQualifiedRedirectUrl="true" maxRequestLength="820787" requestLengthDiskThreshold="820787" requestValidationMode="2.0" />

 I have tried adding the following to this line of code:

 executionTimeout="3000"

I have tried larger values as well and each time I will get an error from my browser that states:

The connection was reset

          The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

Any thoughts on what I am missing here. I have tried multiple times to correct this with no luck.
