I have an html module installed on a portal and embedded in this module is a photo.  I am trying to change out the photo so I've opened the module to edit and clicked on the photo to change then went to the edit menu to select the images upload, clicked on the folder to place the picture into, then browsed for the image and clicked the upload link.  The image file name is listed in the images folder but, there is no image.  I have tried to simply upload the image using an FTP client and the image uploads but once in the images folder the only thing that shows is the file name for the image...no image.  With this situation I can't insert the image into the html module and complete the change.
I have also gone to the File Manager and I don't find the image listed...did a refresh but, still not listed.
You can view the module at: www.tririver.bluediamondserver.com on the About Us page. The html module is in the center of the page in the content pane with the image at the top left corner.  If portal access is needed to review the problem I am willing to submit a ticket or whatever might be needed.
Can anyone help me understand what is happening?
