Hi,

I need to create a one module which will be installed on the DNN enterprise edition, please suggest if i develop a module in community edition and install the same on the Enterprise, will this work properly without any issue.

 As i understand, the same way it will work and installed. Please confirm,

In my understanding module from Community Edition should be installed on Professional edition as PE will have the same code as CE plus some added feature.

Priyanka,

the core is the same - so a module developed in CE will work on PE and EE as well. The only thing to take care about is the DNN version, so a module will not run in DNN 5 or 6 if you develop it in DNN 7 and use DAL2 (as DAL2 was introduced in DNN 7).

Hi,

Yes, I don't think there will be any issue in that. You can develop module in community edition which will easily run on enterprise edition.
