Got to say I'm slightly confused then. Because that date should be presented as 1/1/2000 in en-US. So I can't quite see why it is showing as 01-Jan-00, which I think for US would be invalid.

My last thought is, have you got a language set in your browser, and also what browser are you using? If you are using IE then language is on the General tab of Internet Settings at the bottom.

I’m using Chrome, but also tested IE. Same English settings. Same error.

I’ll try to change language settings and see if something happens.

Not sure what else to suggest. I know this works on en-US (I develop in en-US), and there are thousands of sites our there using it, so just trying to figure out what is different for you.
