I have installed DNN V7.0.6 community edition but in the Host Settings -> Advanced Settings there is no option to set the Page Output Cache, has this been removed?

I have looked in performance, but I only have 4 settings, I should have 5.

I only have :

1. Page State Persistence
2. Module Cache Provider
3. Cache Setting
4. Authenticated Cacheability

The Page Output Cache setting is missing...
