And the file Portals/0/Rad Therapy/Inservices/3 PEARL Awards GM.PPTX does exists?
If you created a new site for the upgrade in IIS, MIME types could be the issue?

I created a link to a .pptx in an HTML module and got the same problem (page not displayed). Obviously it's a DNN thing, not just the F & L.

Which forum should I continue this in?

Yes, the file exists, and no, it wasn't a new site - it was a direct upgrade of the existing site

I'm guessing it's the IIS MIME types in this case.

That's it!

I guess it's because I'm using IIS 6 and the MIME types don't automatically include the Office x-extensions (I imagine they're there in IIS 7...?)
