Hi, I have a module that I am developing that has multiple view controls keys, so they are not actual pages that I set up where I can set view Registered users only.

The problem is, if I leave the webpage open, and I get logged out and then reload the page, I get an error, due to one of my functions grabbing info from the SQL Server based on their User_Id, which when logged in is -1 and doesnt exist in the database. Is there some way to make these key pages, if accessed, will automatically redirect to login instead of throwing the error?

Thanks,

Chris

The best you can do in a standard DNN module is to check if the userid < 1 then redirect using the login url generated from Globals.LoginURL(string, bool)

If using WebFormsMVP you can override AllowAnonymousAccess
