Hi,

I upgraded DNN 3.1.1. to 4.3.1.
In admin->site settings->appearance, I displayed an icon in the left upper corner.
After admin->site settings->upgrade, the icon is displayed.
now I get this message in admin->site settings->appearance

An error has occurred.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Services.FileSystem.FileController.GetFile(String FileName, Int32 PortalId, String FolderPath) at DotNetNuke.Services.FileSystem.FileController.ConvertFilePathToFileId(String FilePath, Int32 PortalID) at DotNetNuke.UI.UserControls.UrlControl.ShowControls() at DotNetNuke.UI.UserControls.UrlControl.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Site settings  does not function anymore

I fixed this by going to File manager and syncing up recursively the database and file system.

Sync did not solved the problem.
I restored to version 3.1.1.
3.1.1. works fine.
Maybe it is better to wait on version 4.3.2. ???

Hey guys, I just upgraded to 3.3.3 from 3.2.2 and still having the same error

During the upgrade process, there's a warning such as "dnn_user doesn't exist"

Are there any solution yet?

By the way, how do I restore to my previous version? Just upload it once again, I guess?
