Thanks, I will look at trying this in the latest Plaform install. Will try post issues/work-arounds and anything that seems/is different.

You may want to have a look at a site I am building now:  http://www.server-essentials.eu/commu.... It does use everything that is available in the DNN Platform and a few tricks from myself :)

I was just looking at the online documentation and noticed one piece that needs updated - http://help.dotnetnuke.com/Default.aspx?tabid=2029&helpVersion=07.01.00 still describes journal mode (which as I mentioned is no longer needed) - I will email documentation and make sure it's updated in both the downloadable and online help (probably with the 7.1.2 release).

Cathal, Mariette, thanks to both of you.

Maybe my fears of the DNNPlatform/Evoq evolution will be allayed some what if I can build and adequate social structure on the Platform. No big need (yet) for all the bells and whistles.
