I have been able to add a new portal within my GoDaddy hosting account, but I have not been able to add a new portal on my Windows Server 2012 account without getting the 404 error. (404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.)

I have been able to get it to work in the past with the alias 192.168.20.227/NewSiteName on WS 2003 and IIS7.

Does anyone have a list of settings for the IIS 8 that need to be changed to get an added portal to work?

Bill

Do not add a new website in goDaddy hosting panel, but an alias for the existing one!
