I have installed DNN "DontNetNuke 7 C# Complied Module" for my Visual Studio 2012  in my Desktop computer and I can see it through the Visual Studio 2012  under New Project  then Visual C# but when I click on it it comes up with the following Error message

"The web Application Project DNNModule4 is configured to use IIS. Unable to access the IIS Mtabse. You do not have sufficient privilege to access IIS Web Sites on your machine. "
Welcome to the online home of Christoc.com Software Solutions. We provide a variety of DotNetNuke consulting services, including custom module, skin, tutorial and video production."

The way Chris Hammond video on web described it but it is giving me the above Error message. What do I need to do? Why it is giving me this error message! I am 100% sure  I have on my Desktop IIS installed and I use it for all other applications as well. They work fine why it does not work for Dot NetNuke. There is always problem with DotNetNuke. I guess it is just filled with bug. can anyone know about it?? or please tell me where is the problem?

Maybe the message gives a hint "...You do not have sufficient privilege to access IIS Web Sites on your machine"

Are you running Visual Studio under an account with Administrator privileges?

Yes. I am running it under the full administrative privilege and I checked that also. I am running other program as well. I have no problem with other programs
